Hand-painted icons of a few things that team Hardhat loves and cherishes, produced in conjuction with Design Assembly & Fancy! for the inaugural DesignYeah! Calendar.
Design Assembly serves the New Zealand Graphic Design community by enabling the sharing of relevant ideas, information and inspiration. They came together with Fancy! to produce DesignYeah! – a calendar and series of A3 limited edition prints showcasing the work of 12 of New Zealand's best designers.
Each designer was given the brief to create a piece of work for one page (month). Team Hardhat decided to create a piece that was about us – hand-drawn icons representing our influences (things that hold strong memories, favourite places around the world) lie beneath the words "Memories are made of this".
